Materials Needed:

• Black Construction Paper
• Scissors
• Clear Tape
• Washi Tape
• Halloween Stickers

Directions:

Hold your black paper vertically and cut two strips of paper about half an inch thick each. Take the end of one strip and connect it to the other strip to create one long strip. This will act as the crown for our witch’s hat.

Now measure your child’s head above their ears with the strip and remove excess. Tape the final ends together

Next cut out a large triangle out of the black paper. Near the base of the triangle add a strip of washi tape to create a belt for your hat. Tape the hat to the middle of the black crown we just made.

Have your child decorate the hat with Halloween stickers.
