Tag along craft for the song 5 Little Pumpkins

Materials Needed:

• 2 sheets of Orange Construction Paper
• 1 sheet of Green Construction Paper
• Tape
• Scissors

Directions:

Take one sheet of orange construction paper and cut it horizontally down the middle. Tape one end to another. Now measure your child’s head with this strip. Trim excess and tape together to create the base of your pumpkin hat.

Next cut 4 strips horizontally from the 2nd sheet of orange paper. Now create an ‘x’ with two strips by attaching it to the base. Now using your remaining strips create another ‘x’ shape on top of the first.

Cut put a green rectangle same width as your strips. fold in half. Now fold the end down. Tape the base of the stem to the top strip of the pumpkin. Next cut out a leaf shape and tape to the stem.
